BWN did not deny the true deity or perfect humanity of Christ. But he subverted the truth about his Person, claiming that the relationship between Christ the man and God was affected by the fact that he was born of a woman. Now the adorable Person of the Son is inscrutable. In Him are two natures united in one and the same Person. The Word became flesh, and from then on Christ Jesus was Man, as surely as He was God from eternity to eternity.
