To understand the sequence of chronological markers over time in the Word of God, we must read and meditate on it with humility, care and dependence. Despite the presence of some silence in rare places, patient work leads to a general overview of God's ways on earth through time, since creation.
A very large part of the elements on which chronologists rely are imprecise, even futile. For this reason, most disagree among themselves. The only reliable and exact basis remains the Word of God, because it is inspired by God who never makes mistakes. Examining many elements outside of God's Word shows that only God's Word is right and reliable, and only our God is trustworthy.
